The Resilient Mum was established in 2015 when I had my daughter and I wrote my first book later on that year detailing some of my story. The reason why I created my platform was because God and my daughter inspired me to do so. I felt there was a gap in the market for Independent Mothers, so I intended to fill that gap.
I have since designed and created various merchandise including affirmation bookmarks, affirmation badges, well-being packs, affirmation cards for all mothers, women, teenagers children, 10 Year Plan workbook, The Self-Reflection workbook, affirmation pencils, wall prints, mugs and some other items.
I have written 4 books; The Resilient Mum, The Childcare Guide, The Independent Mother Devotional and Inspiring Thoughts From God’s Word. I also have a mini magazine called The Independent Mum Magazine.
My brand is based around positive thinking and affirmations because I seek to Inspire Independent Mothers worldwide.

NGC exists to reduce gang and youth violence by improving economic prospects, improving young people’s social, emotional and mental well-being. We hope to create community cohesion across boroughs by working with young people, their families and the professionals that work with them.

NGC’s main activities are;

–   Keynotes, speaking engagements, and sharing stories of lived experience

–   Life, Leadership and Business Workshops and Masterclasses

–   CPD for professionals within Early Years, Youth Work and Religious Groups

Who we help:

We work with young people, their parents and the connected professionals. Our beneficiaries are usually Black, Asian or Minority Ethnics who are usually disengaged from school or meaningful activity in their community. NGC provides skills based workshops, parenting forums and staff training for local organisations and schools within inner-city London. The company believes that by training and supporting the institutions who work with young people, young people will experience holistic support, thus developing their own voice and the life skills they need to live to their full potential.
