We are a Liverpool based family business established 2018. Over the past two decades we have been producing and supplying the most elegant & Stylish Rum Punch. Our Signature MO’BAY SHACK – The Ultimate Rum Punch has never ceased to amaze, with every bottle left empty.
In response to such positive feedback, we made a decision to commercialise our product and extend its offering to the open market.
The birthplace of our product can be traced back to the exquisite Caribbean island of Jamaica, where the islands culture and festive lifestyle have heavily influenced the identity of our MO’BAY Shack – The Ultimate Rum Punch.

The head chef and owner Roger Shakes came to London in 1999 from Westmoreland, Jamaica. Not long afterwards he began washing plates at Mango Rooms in Camden Town. Combining the knowledge passed down from his grandmothers with the craft he learned from the chefs around him, he soon realised his own talent for food and the joy of feeding others. He rose to become head chef at Mango Rooms where he remained until very recently. He has now struck out on his own opening ‘Roger’s Kitchen’ in September 2020.
Roger’s Kitchen serves old favourites such as curry goat, jerk chicken, rice n’ peas and fried plantain alongside new fish, meat and vegan dishes. A choice selection of rums and carefully curated cocktails awaits you at the bar. And if you are not yet able to join us to dine in, take away options and private catering are also available.

Natural Flavours was created one year ago where we started selling natural juices/punches, our concept was to encourage healthy drinking in our local community. As most of the major drink companies have now replaced sugar in their drinks due to sugar tax and cut down on young people consuming more sugar then daily requirements. Then this crazy pandemic hit us all I decided to create a food menu and a home delivery service with the Natural flavours concept. I got a good reception and consistent customer base which now has kept me motivated to build a team and take this to the highest level I possibly can.
