I am Milca, your Therapeutic & Neurodiversity Coach, and I specialise in emotional and cognitive wellbeing. I support adults and young people (11+) through meaningful transitions, emotional reconnection, and self-discovery.

My work blends the depth of counselling with the momentum of coaching, helping you rewire patterns, realign with your values, and reclaim your path forward.

If you are navigating change, feeling disconnected, or curious about traits around attention, sensory processing, or thinking patterns (often linked with ADHD, Autism, or High Intellectual Potential), I offer a personalised space to reflect, recalibrate, and grow.

·      1:1 Healing & Growth Coaching: Therapeutic & Neurodiversity Coaching | 5 to 12-session coaching packages to help you reflect, realign, and move forward.

·      NeuroClarity: Cognitive Insight, Screening & Profiling using ADHD, Autism, or High Potential traits (Adults & Youth). Post-screening coaching is available.

·      Conscious Reset: A deep, structured 1:1 session. I invite you to pause, reflect, reconnect with your Self, and recalibrate your path forward.
