4YoungMinds was founded to break down the stigma around mental health that prevents so many young people from seeking help. Empowering young people to take control of their own emotional health and wellbeing.
4 Young Minds was founded in October 2018 by London youth worker Denise Brown after witnessing the impact that mental health has on young people in today’s society. We deliver group workshops for young people aged 11-25 from all backgrounds that break down stigma and signpost to services for further support.
We aim to bridge the gap between young people and mental health services by offering a holistic approach, ensuring that parents, carers and teachers also feel confident to support young people in their care who may be struggling with their wellbeing.
A series of group mental health awareness, resilience and confidence workshops for young people aged 11-25 from all backgrounds. These can be delivered individually or as a progressive course within your school/ youth centre.
