Welcome to Comfort and Me Counselling.

Hello, my name is Aralola, I am an integrative counsellor, this means that I can focus on three modalities and existential approaches in supporting you with your issue. I believe this approach is supportive and tailored to a human beings individual wants and needs from therapy.

I have experience working with young people in a secondary school and adults. I can offer a safe space for you to talk about your present concern with warmth, empathy, transparency, care and diligence.

I am a member of the BACP ethical body and I adhere by their values in offering you a safe ethical service. And I am guided by GDPR in keeping your data safe and secure.

Counselling sessions start from from £18 upwards. I can offer 15 minutes consultation appointment via zoom or telephone in helping me understand your concern and this can help you determine whether you would like to work with me.
