I’m a BANT registered nutritionist. My mission and approach use the core principle of functional medicine which addresses the root causes of the person ailments in order to help the individual reaching its optimal health, vitality, and wellbeing.

I apply appropriate protocols and lab testings tools to recommend the right naturopathic holistic recommendations, counseling, and coaching.

One of my areas of work resides in reestablishing the digestive health balance which has a central role in the functioning of the other body systems such as hormone/endocrine, detoxification, and the brain/psychology.
