Description

I am a qualified psychotherapist (Dip. Psych. NLPt) and experienced business consultant (NLP, PRINCE2, MSP, Lean Six Sigma) who has worked in Public, Private and Voluntary sector organisations of all sizes across the UK, delivering projects, programmes, training, consultancy and coaching for over 10 years.

In my broad ranging career, I’ve worked in distribution, HR, manufacturing, education, finance, health & social care, NGO’s, retail, sales – and the list goes on!

I combine this uniquely rounded experience and skill set to provide psychotherapeutic coaching  and consultancy in a practical way that rapidly delivers positive changes in both personal and business spheres.

One to one therapeutic sessions provide a transformational experience at a deep level which facilitates ‘aha’ moments, ‘breakthroughs’ and personal revelations with significant impacts on how people see themselves and others and what they believe is possible for them in the world.

In business consultancy, it’s about taking the time to ‘think about how we think’ and understanding how that is impacting your business both positively and negatively.  This provides a breadth of insights into what is happening, why and what can be effectively done so that you can create a happy and successful future.

The approach I use is grounded in Neuro Linguistic Programming and the understanding of how people are neurologically ‘programmed’ to respond and behave.  This is based on the latest neuro-scientific research.  My approach develops personal, professional and organisational resilience and ensures you will thrive despite any of life’s challenges and changes.

I include elements of Jungian theory, Transactional Analysis, Spiral Dynamics and Hypnotherapy as well as other key psychological and psychotherapeutic theories as appropriate.
