I am a freelance Virtual Assistant providing administrative and business support for small businesses, freelancers, consultants, and individuals. My clients outsource necessary but time-consuming tasks to me so they can focus on running their core businesses.  With extensive experience in the Construction Industry working as a Document Controller.

  • Training of project participants, designers & specialist suppliers and providing support when needed
  • Reviewing of document management system, numbering system and documentation
  • Preparing & updating document control procedures
  • Maintaining document change control & record all documents changes, history & distribution
  • Maintaining regulatory & industry compliance throughout workflow procedure
  • Ensuring the management & confidentiality of documents and drawings

    • Basic Service

      £27 per Hour

      • Maintaining the document management systems • Complying with all aspect of the British Standard code of Practise • Uploading drawings and documents to client specific electronic Document Management System (eDMS) • Review and maintain document management system, numbering system & protocol and documentation • Check information on drawings for conformance with status and format agreed • Controlling the distribution of information, as appropriate • Managing document change control - record all changes, history, and distribution • Liaise with consultants and specialist suppliers on queries regarding issues of information
