With over fifteen years of experience, Arnie’s biggest passion is helping his clients relax and wind-down, emotionally and physically, through holistic massage.

Our bodies react to what happens in our mind and soul. Swedish massage concentrates on all areas of your body which are suffering most from stress, pain or day to day anxieties.

Arnie is fully qualified and a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists [MGHT]. He’s also fully qualified to give pregnancy massage, helping mothers-to-be to find that moment of total relaxation which sometimes can be challenging when expecting.

From head to toe, he will personalise the sessions using a combination of essential oils combining a Indian head massage with reflexology, stretching, and also some deep tissue work. He uses hands, forearms and thighs for added pressure.
